We're Off To A Good Start

So I must say that Priscilla was totally shocked with the reaction that we got from our performance this past Tuesday. I mean the enthusiastic standing ovation was so genuine and warm that it really instilled a lot of confidence in both of us. | |

It was quite an achievement especially because Priscilla was nervous about the performance. Her entire family including her parents, brother and Lisa Marie were present at Tuesday's show. It was so cute 'cause she didn't even want to look at them during the performance for fear she would draw their attention and possibly mess up.
And see that's the thing that America will come to know about Priscilla. Believe it or not, she tends to lean towards the shy end and rarely seeks out the spotlight. DWTS is a wonderful challenge for her to put herself out there and little by little I think audiences will see her opening up more.
Well I think she did great without a doubt and I am so impressed by her courage, athleticism and hard work. Priscilla has really committed to learning the routines and so after a smooth foxtrot routine, complete with a perfectly executed death spiral, it's onto the Mambo!
I tell you, I think this is going to be one exciting routine that you won't want to miss. Priscilla will once again be performing a daring move during the end of the number so definitely look out for it.
It's going to be a great season and thankfully, Priscilla and I have friends and fans to support us along the way!

louis, I have a great song reference for you for dancing,either on dancing with the stars or for yourself. It is NOT out on cd (I wish)and discovered it on a local radio station. Wow Louis you and Priscilla are awesome together. If I didn't know better I would think the two of you were dancing together for years. She takes risks and you give her the challenges. I can't wait for the surprises. See you on Monday night. I will be at the edge of my seat, and I will be voting

Louis: I hope you can talk Priscilla into using an Elvis tune for one of your dances. This would draw in the Elvis fans and man if you could get them behind you then victory would be imminent.
You are my favorite pro. You always push your partners to the max and it so much fun to watch you get the best from them.

You and Priscilla are amazing!! You have a great partnership and your performance couldn't have been better! I loved the risk you took! Death spiral- nice touch! I fully admire how you push your partners to their full potential, and then you push them some more. I can tell that Priscilla has her full trust in you and she is really willing to learn. I wouldn't be suprised if she came from behind and took home the trophy!Just keep doing your thing, and I know that you can win;and keep taking those risks, they are a real crowd pleaser! I have my full faith in the both of you and I will be voting until I can't vote anymore! I'm looking foward to watching you until the end!

You guys are amazing together. I was really impressed. In the past I think some of the other pros have "gone easy" on some of the more mature stars, especially in the first weeks, but I'm glad you didn't. She looked wonderful out there. Great job. Can't wait for next Monday. :)
